The PCN works in partnership with University Hospitals Dorset, Circle health Group and Pure Physiotherapy to deliver an alternative to a GP consultation for patients presenting with musculo-skeletal conditions.
Appointments are offer with qualified First Contact Physiotherapists able to assess, diagnose, offer treatment plan or onward refer as appropriate.

| All soft tissue injuries, sprains, strains or sports injuries | Acutely unwell |
| Arthritis – any joint | Children under 16 |
| Possible problems with muscles, ligaments, tendon or bone, e.g. tennis elbow, carpal tunnel syndrome, ankle sprains | Medical management of rheumatoid conditions |
| Spinal pain including lower back pain, mid-back pain and neck pain | Women’s health, antenatal and postnatal problems |
| Spinal-related pain in arms or legs, including nerve symptoms, e.g. pins and needles or numbness | House-bound patients |
| Post-orthopaedic surgery (can differ between localities) | Medication reviews for non-MSK conditions |
| Neurological and respiratory conditions/ Headaches | |
| Acute mental health crises | |
| Patients who do not want to see a FCP |

- The Adam Practice – Lifeboat Quay and Hamworthy sites
- Harbour Hospital
- Evergreen Oak, Poole Town the Newman Practice
- Rosemary Medical Centre
Appointments are booked through your GP Practice and may be at one of the sites listed to ensure the shortest wait times.
