Delivering extra Face to Face appointments weekly at specific surgeries, your surgery can book these appointments after an online/telephone consultation.
All patients who are registered with any of our surgeries can access these appointments.
- Monday – Evergreen Oak Surgery – open 4pm to 8pm
- Services available: GP/ANP
- Friday – Poole Town Surgery – open 4pm to 8pm
- Services available: GP/ANP
- Saturday – Rosemary Medical Centre – open 8am to 12pm
- Services available: GP/ANP and Cervical smear clinic
- Saturday – The Adam Practice (Hamworthy) open 8.30 to 12.30pm
- Services available: (GP/ANP), Cervical Smear Clinic and Phlebotomy Clinic
All clinics will be supported by a receptionist with on-call or onsite management support.
