Poole Central Network Staff – CONGRATULATIONS

Staff members were nominated by colleagues working within the PCN.

Our categories of nomination were:

Sarah – Above and Beyond General Practice Nurse award.

Anita – Outstanding Nurse Associate/Trainee Nurse Associate (NA/TNA) in general practice or community nursing team.

Kelly – Unsung Hero Award – a person who is not a nurse but has really supported general practice nurses or community nurses.

Congratulations to Sarah as the winner of the ‘Above and Beyond General Practice Nurse Award ’ for her role in establishing the complex frailty visiting service within the PCN.
