Poole Central Primary Care Network (The Adam Practice, Rosemary Medical Centre, Evergreen Oak Surgery, Dr Newman’s Surgery and Poole Town Surgery) are recruiting for a unique and exciting role within their leadership team. The PCN Business Manager will work alongside our Clinical Director, Practice Managers and our expanding multi-disciplinary team who provide collaborative services across the PCN.

The PCN Business Manager will support the Clinical Director to provide strategic and clinical leadership to the network, developing and implementing plans, leading and supporting quality improvement across the member practices.
You will have primary care experience and be able to demonstrate managing complex projects and developing working relationships with member practices and local stakeholders.
Core Details:
- Approx 24 hours per week (hours negotiable)
- Salary negotiable based on experience
- 6 weeks annual leave
